The owners of Texas Lakeside RV Resort in Port Lavaca, Texas, Doug and Dana Jensen are pleased to announce the acquisition of Serendipity Bay Resort, an RV Park and Marina located in Palacios, Texas. Currently, the waterfront RV Resort has 142 RV spaces, 75 boat slips, 2 cabins, 2 RV’s and a waterfront home for daily, weekly and monthly rentals. Amenities include a swimming pool, shuffle board courts, bocce ball court, large Rally Room with a full commercial kitchen, bathrooms and showers, laundry room, meeting and quilting room. All sites include FREE WI-FI and Cable TV.
We expect big things as the City of Palacios is developing a new waterfront pavilion adjacent to the property and they are just as committed to Tourism as we are!
