Booking your reservation indicates agreement and compliance with these Rules.

RV Site Rates include 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 16. Children under 3 years of age are free. Extra person charges are $15 per day per person for daily visiting. Extra person charges for monthly sites are $300 per month per person.

Cancellations are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee and require 3 day notice (must be in writing). No Refund with less than 3 day notice. No Refund for Holiday or Special Event Dates.

Please call resort directly for all monthly reservations and availability. 
Monthly rates require one month payment upon occupancy and an electrical deposit of $200. 

Electrical charges are billed separately for monthly and weekly rates.

Please provide all required information to help us determine the best availability for your reservation.
We reserve the right to refuse a rig based on its appearance and/or condition. Rigs should be 10 years or newer.
We do not accept Tents, Pop-ups, Truck Campers, Van Conversions or FEMA trailers

Standard Pet Policy
Texas Lakeside RV Resort reserves the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is not considered suitable for the serenity or safety of the park. All pets should have updated vaccination records available should they be requested. The city of Port Lavaca requires that all pets be on leash when outside. We currently do not accept breeds considered dangerous and aggressive, including but not limited to Dobermans, Rottweilers, Chows, Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, Akitas, Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf Hybrids, Cane Corsos, or Presa Canarios.
